Hindustan Zinc's 'Give Yourself a Chance' was a mental health awareness campaign built around a simple but powerful idea — that talking is the first step. One at a time, people took the stage of an empty auditorium and spoke openly about what weighs on them and how they carry it. The film's job was to make the viewer feel recognised, and less alone.
